They even showed me the inside of my ear through a microscope while performing a detailed dressing (disinfection) and inflammation removal procedure. The pain was much less than I had worried about at first, and after the procedure, my ear definitely felt cool and comfortable. They also kindly provided me with a prescription and some important precautions, which made me feel at ease. I recommend this place to anyone looking for an ENT nearby!
