After receiving a health checkup, I was told that I needed additional testing, so I visited the hospital feeling worried. I don’t usually have much reason to go to hospitals, and I didn’t know how the examination process would work, so I was a little nervous at first. After checking in and waiting, I received some instructions before the examination. They first explained the order of the examination and what I needed to prepare, which helped me feel a little more at ease. In the examination room, rather than starting right away, they first explained what position I needed to be in and checked whether I was positioned correctly. During the examination, I maintained the position as instructed, and they also checked whether I was experiencing any discomfort along the way. The examination itself didn’t take as long as I had expected, and I was able to finish it without any major difficulty. After the examination, they explained when the results would be available and how I could check them. I asked a few questions about things I was curious about, and they explained everything according to my questions, so it was easier to understand than simply having the examination and leaving. I had been very worried before visiting because I was getting additional testing, but after going in and experiencing the process myself, it was better than I had vaguely feared. What I remember most was being able to go through everything—from check-in to the examination and the post-examination instructions—while receiving the explanations I actually needed.

They explain the treatment process for the areas of concern very well. The consultation manager is really kind and thorough!
