My nose was running so much that I had to blow it frequently, which made the area around my nose turn red from the excessive runny nose. (It's hard to take a picture of the inside of my nose or the swollen area in my throat

After receiving treatment for my ear inflammation, I had an ear massage, and it really helped. The hospital was quiet, and the nurses were very attentive.
