Apple OB-GYN Clinic, Sillim Branch

Our precious baby is on the way, so I came in for an ultrasound checkup! This is my third visit, and I really like how kind the nurses are and how generous they are with the parking validation too haha. The doctor is also very thorough.

It had been a long time since I’d visited an OB-GYN, so I made an appointment in advance. As soon as I went in, the staff greeted me, asked for my name and personal information in detail, and spoke with me at the counter. Maybe because it was morning, it was quiet and the hospital atmosphere seemed nice. The doctor who saw me asked questions calmly and spoke gently with a smile. I felt I could trust the doctor, so I was able to receive my examination very comfortably. I’ll be coming back to hear the results, and I hope it’s just as good then.

A few months ago, I started experiencing menopausal symptoms, feeling hot and sweating a lot, so I was prescribed hormone therapy. At first, it worked wonders, but after a little while, the symptoms started to creep back. I went back to the clinic while I still had some of the old medication left. There are usually many patients, so getting an appointment the same day can be tough, but luckily since it was Monday afternoon, I was able to see a doctor right away. After I explained my situation and symptoms, the doctor suggested switching to a stronger medication, and this new one is covered by insurance, making it a tenth of the cost of my previous one. Thankfully, I've been responding well to the new medication with no side effects, so I'm doing well again now. The doctor explains things thoroughly and listens to my concerns with empathy, which makes me feel very comfortable during my visits. The clinic is always clean and quiet, creating a calming atmosphere.

I frequently experienced inflammation symptoms due to weakened immunity, so I inquired about the vitamin D injection and the Gardasil 9 vaccine appointment and received consultation and prescriptions from Dr. Kim Soo-ye. I could feel that they made a conscious effort to minimize any potential discomfort during the medical history taking and registration process, given the nature of the specialty. After registering, I needed to fill out quite a bit of information on the pad for confirmation, but the wait time didn't feel long at all. The inflammation subsided within 3-4 days with the prescribed medication and injection, and I am still in the process of getting the Gardasil 9 vaccine since the intervals between the third doses are quite long. Both the attending physician and the hospital staff are very kind.

I visited after making a reservation on Naver. I appreciated that there was a separate area with a small partition for consultation, rather than just standing at an info desk to ask questions. They asked potentially sensitive questions quietly and carefully, which made me feel comfortable. All the nurses were kind. Despite it being a rainy day, the inside was clean and not slippery, and the waiting area, restrooms, and examination rooms were all clean and pleasant. There are only female doctors, and they are all friendly, so I would recommend it to those who prefer a female doctor. It was crowded when I went on a holiday or weekend morning, but on weekday afternoons, there was almost no wait.

This is an OB-GYN clinic I’ve been going to regularly for a long time. It’s easy to get to from Sillim, and making an appointment through Naver is simple, so it’s easy to fit into my schedule! The doctors are kind, take their time with examinations, and explain things well. I was diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome last year. I considered getting a prescription, but decided to try managing it well on my own and continued with ovulation induction shots. After not visiting for a while, I came back for another checkup and also took care of my cervical cancer screening and HPV test at the same time. They said the test results would take about a week, but they didn’t actually take that long! They only recommend procedures, prescriptions, and so on, and never pressure me, so I think it’s a great hospital. The facilities are clean, and the staff at the front desk handle everything efficiently, which keeps me coming back. I think I’ll continue going here in the future too haha

This is the hospital I always go to. The staff is always friendly, and the facilities are clean and comfortable, which I really love! The location is also great because it's very close to Shinlim Station, Exit 2. I've seen other doctors here too, but I especially feel that Dr. Park Soo-yeon explains everything well without being too much or too little, so I've been continuing my visits with her. Since moving to Shinlim, I've been using Apple Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic's Shinlim branch and I wonder where else I could find such a satisfying hospital! I really recommend it to others!! I will keep using it in the future~! Thank you always!

I've always had a good experience here. The staff are kind, and the clinic is clean too. But maybe because there are so many people, even when I make an appointment, the wait is really longㅠㅠ It would be great if they could just improve that one thing.

I went for a national-funded pre-pregnancy health checkup. I chose this place because it's not too far from home and they offer appointments on holidays (until 4 PM). You can also make reservations through Naver, which is great for those who have call anxiety. As soon as I walked in, it was so clean, which made me feel good. They even suggested I use the restroom before my consultation, and it was incredibly clean too, so it was clear they really pay attention to cleanliness. They explained in detail what non-covered services are, what tests would incur costs, and other related information before and after the consultation, which eased my concerns. They also made sure to gather all the necessary documents for me and explained everything thoroughly, which made me feel at ease.
