Apple OB-GYN Clinic, Sillim Branch

Since all the doctors here are women, I always come here for my OB-GYN visits. The staff are friendly too, and I like that I can receive care without feeling uncomfortable.

I came in last week for a blood test, and came back again today to hear the results. I’m the kind of person who believes hospitals, schools, and workplaces are best when they’re close to home, so that’s what I’m most satisfied with! Thank you again for such a kind and thorough examination today.

I suddenly felt very hot all over and was sweating a lot, so I thought it might be menopause symptoms and went to the hospital. Maybe because it’s such a popular clinic, the appointments were fully booked for several days, but luckily, I was able to see a doctor without an appointment after work. I thought I would only get a simple hormone prescription, but they recommended several tests, and I had to come back a few days later to get the results, including blood tests. Fortunately, I was diagnosed with no major issues. They said they prescribed me the weakest hormone medication, and it seems to work well because within a week, my hot flashes completely improved. The doctor really listens to me and explains things in a reassuring way. All the staff and nurses are very kind.

I go regularly for check-ups, and everything has been great. Even if the appointments are spaced out, they answer all my questions, even the annoying ones. If you go without an appointment, there will be some wait, but it's only about 20 minutes? It’s not convoluted and is just fine.

I visit this place often, and the nursing staff are always friendly. The doctor is also very kind during consultations, which is why I keep coming back. They provide disposable gowns for free, and everything is clean.

To sum up my overall impression in one word, it's a hospital that isn't particularly uncomfortable or problematic, but also not especially satisfying. The overall vibe is very 'average.' First of all, the hospital is located near Sillim Station, so it's fairly accessible. The interior was relatively clean and the waiting area wasn't cramped. However, I was a bit disappointed that there wasn't a separate consultation room. Usually, simple interviews or consultations are held in a separate space, but since there wasn't any separation, it felt a bit chaotic, and I also felt a bit lacking in terms of privacy. Given the sensitive nature of the treatments, I think it would be nice if they paid a bit more attention to this. The staff's response was neither particularly friendly nor unfriendly. They provided the necessary explanations, but they weren't the type to proactively check on you or ease the atmosphere, so it might feel somewhat stiff for first-time visitors or those arriving feeling nervous. On the other hand, it might feel refreshing for someone who wants to quickly get in and out. The wait time might vary depending on the time of your visit, but when I went, it wasn't very long. The treatment itself was conducted relatively quickly, and I didn't feel like they were dragging things out unnecessarily or pushing for excessive tests, which was good. However, the explanations weren't very detailed, so it might be better to ask questions if you're curious about something. Overall, it's not a place that gives you an extreme feeling of 'it's great enough to recommend' or 'I wouldn't go back,' but rather the impression of a hospital you can visit casually when needed since it's nearby. It could work well for someone looking for straightforward care rather than expecting service or friendliness. Personally, I think I'll decide on my next visit based on the situation, and it could be good to keep this in mind when choosing a hospital.

Thanks to making an appointment, I barely had to wait for my consultation. I came in to get an additional prescription for the female hormones I'm taking. The doctor I usually see was on leave, so I had to see another doctor, but it seemed like it took less than a minute... I made my appointment more than a week in advance through Naver, but late the night before my visit, I got a message saying that my usual doctor wouldn't be seeing patients that day. When you make an appointment on Naver, it gets confirmed right away, but it seems like the desk staff doesn't check the schedule immediately. I think this part needs some improvement. However, all the staff, the nurses, and the doctors are very kind. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable.

I've been to the clinic twice for treatment. I went in thinking something might be wrong, and I ended up getting tested twice, but thankfully there was nothing serious. Both the doctor and the nurses were really kind and great. There are two doctors, so I didn't have to wait long, which was nice. However, I do think the hospital fees (test costs) are a bit high. It's a bit burdensome if it's not covered by insurance. Also, when I had the biopsy, something seemed to go wrong, and I bled for three days, which was quite painful. The hospital is clean and tidy. They also provide good parking support, which I'm satisfied with. The building and the restrooms are all okay. The Gardasil vaccine seems to be cheaper here than at other places... I'm considering it. If I go again, I will definitely write another review.

Since it was my first visit, they wanted to check everything, so I got there 10 minutes early and ended up getting seen about 30 minutes after my appointment time. Unlike my previous clinic, they actually disinfected down there, and as soon as I got that done, it felt so refreshing and didn't itch anymore – it was like a whole new world, LOL. I should have switched earlier; there’s no over-treatment here.

I always struggle with vaginitis, but I'm doing really well with the treatments. The sterilization feels like a new world to me. Even when I feel that itch, after the sterilization, it immediately stops bothering me. The power of sterilization is incredible! It's hard to write out 300 characters, though. Since I visit the hospital frequently because of the vaginitis, do I have to write 300 characters every time? I'll be visiting several times a month... Anyway, I came today to check if the Ureaplasma is gone, and I think my Gardnella has come back, so I got a prescription. Normally, even if you have an appointment, you have to wait, but today there weren't many people waiting, so I got in right away. It was great! The doctors and staff are all very friendly, and I hope I don't have to come back too often!
