My neck and shoulders kept bothering me, so I went to an orthopedic clinic near my house and got physical therapy. They also applied something like a pain-relief patch to my neck and shoulders and gave me various other treatments.

I have symptoms of a cervical disc issue, so I often go to this hospital for physical therapy, and the therapists are friendly and great.
