Right ankle sprain Fell down the stairs Physical therapy

After falling down the stairs in August 1 month of physical therapy

*My right shoulder and arm were so painful that I couldn't sleep properly and it was really distressing. The nurses and doctor were very comforting and just their kind words helped me heal a lot.

I sprained my wrist while walking, and it hasn't healed well. After a diagnosis, prescription medication, and physical therapy, I feel much better.

I had manual therapy for neck pain, next it's going to be injection therapy. The service was kind and good. I'm improving.
