It's just ordinary. I didn't feel particularly uncomfortable. I went because I wasn't getting better from my cold, but they prescribed me the right medication, and I got better quickly.

The doctor is kind and does a thorough examination to find out where I'm hurting. Most importantly, they respect the patients and help make sure we don't feel pain.

I went because of ear pain, and the doctor was very kind and really helpful. The nurses were kind too.

It's great!! I keep coming here, haha. I have severe rhinitis and really struggle during the change of seasons, but since I've been coming here, I've been managing well. Everyone is friendly and it's really nice :)
