The doctor is kind and caring, and since I tend to get issues like BPPV and throat infections often, I’ve settled here after visiting various places. I trust this clinic, especially because when I had facial paralysis due to post-COVID symptoms, they prescribed steroids in a timely manner to avoid missing the golden hour. I am very grateful for that.

My nose was pushed back and they also looked inside my nose. They took a photo of my neck, and you can see it's a bit swollen. They explained everything well and sprayed some medication. Since I can't come often, they were considerate and prescribed a little more. They did a thorough checkup, and even though it's Saturday and there are a lot of patients, they took the time to examine me carefully.

It's a one-doctor clinic, and while he always gives the same spiel, which can feel a bit like he doesn't care, I do tend to get better there, so I keep going back. The ENT clinic on the fifth floor is a no-go for me.
