It would be nice if the nurses and doctors were a bit warmer. It feels a bit too formal, unfortunately.

It's a small clinic located inside a shopping center. The doctor and the nurses were bright and warm.

I visited for a consultation due to a bad cold, and they provided thorough and attentive care.
