There are always kind nurses and doctors here. They examine you very carefully, are good at identifying illnesses, and even refer you to larger hospitals when needed. They are truly dedicated doctors. We’ve been coming here since the kids were little. I think we’ve been regular patients for over a decade. They’re still just as kind as ever, although the wait can sometimes be long because there are so many patients. The clinic is also kept quite clean. They even identified the rare condition Meniere’s disease for us. Whenever one of us—child or adult—has symptoms of BPPV or comes down with tonsillitis, we go straight to Refreshing ENT. It seems like you can recover more quickly if you go in at the early stage. They prescribe medication well, so we seem to get better quickly. They also thoroughly disinfect the nose or inside of the mouth, and explain everything in a really calm and detailed way.
