I was a bit worried about using something on my own, so I thought I’d also get a consultation while I was there. The clinic had a clean and quiet atmosphere overall, and the check-in process was quick. The staff were friendly and provided basic information kindly, so I didn’t feel particularly uncomfortable. When I spoke to the doctor, they explained everything nicely and I was happy to get the prescription without any issues. Regarding retinol, they briefly checked my skin condition and explained things before giving me the prescription, and there wasn't a pushy atmosphere to recommend extra stuff, which made it less stressful. Overall, I went without much expectation and it turned out to be a decent visit. Honestly, the atmosphere was so good that I'm thinking about looking into skin treatments here as well. The prices are reasonable, and there were a lot of people waiting, which gives me trust in the place.
