I got 4 shoulder injections and had shockwave therapy and radiofrequency treatment on my lower back. I also received about an hour of physical therapy and came home with a prescription.

I think the doctor has a lot of experience because when I went in with back pain, he explained the cause to me very clearly. After receiving some simple treatment and a heating pad, I felt much better. I should probably visit again soon to get another treatment, haha.
