I have a habit of rubbing my eyes when I wake up in the morning. I stretch and then rub my eyes as I get up.
Because of severe dry eye syndrome, when my eyes feel stuffy or foreign body sensation, I unconsciously reach for my eyes.
When your eyes are itchy or tired, rubbing them gently seems to relieve some of the fatigue and feels good.
I keep unconsciously reaching for my eyes.
Is it also bad to gently rub the eyes?
Is there a way to break the habit of rubbing your eyes?
Wouldn't it be good to stimulate around the eyes while massaging the eyes with an eye massager?
