    지금4개월째네요 ..근육이 확 생기는 느낌은 아닌데. ..그래도 조금은 운동이 되는 느낌입니다.
    매일 36층을 오르고 나면 저 자신이 뿌듯합니다

      저는 9층에 살아서 겨우 9층 오르는것도 헥헥되는데🤭 저도 조금 더 계단오르기 해야겠어요~~
