My personal diet secret is

Diet control and exercise. Walking more than 10,000 steps.

I am jumping rope.

I eat two meals a day.

I ate a salad in the morning.

In the afternoon, roasted barley and roasted barley.

Mixed with rice to contain the minimum amount of salt.

I am eating side dishes.
