You can eat healthily and lose weight.

I am in the pre-diabetic stage, so I changed my eating habits to control my blood sugar levels.

As a result, I naturally lost weight, and now I have lost about 3 kilograms.

I usually fluctuate between 50 and 51 kilograms, but with diet control and walking, I can get down to about 49 kilograms.

I kept falling again and kept repeating it.

To control blood sugar levels, eat foods that are lower in carbohydrates or sugars compared to high-carbohydrate or sugary foods.

Since I was told to eat a lot of protein and dietary fiber, I replaced rice with Greek yogurt and

I mainly ate salad and eggs, and I also ate chicken breast and meat.

After eating eggs or avocado in the salad, I actually feel full and can't eat rice.

There were days when I didn't eat rice at all.

I have eaten breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and I have never felt hungry.

Since having a glass of beer as a late-night snack was my life's pleasure, resisting it was the hardest part.

Recently, I have been mixing vinegar with sparkling water to drink instead.

Drink soy milk that contains nothing as a snack.

I don't like sweets to begin with, so I don't eat them well.

I couldn't lose weight, but since I started a proper diet this month, I've been losing weight.

I usually be selective about my food, and I think exercising even briefly after a meal helps.

      작은통에 다음날 먹을 샐러드를 담아서 미리 넣어놓으니까 먹게되더라구요. 견과류와 함께 먹으면 씹는 재미도있고 맛도있어요

    원래도 몸무게 많이 안나가셔서 빠지기 쉽지 않았을텐데~

      매일 출근이 등산이라서 따로 운동은 못하지만 허벅지는 아주 튼튼해졌답니다.
