Afternoon walk, brisk walk 4,000 steps

 

Since I eat the most lunch rice

Walking 4,000 steps quickly doesn't seem to get rid of the sleepiness.

It could just be a lack of sleep.

 

Because I was on my way to work, I couldn't sweat too much.

Balancing afternoon exercise is really difficult.

I need to think about it a bit.
