Has anyone felt dizzy or drained of energy while receiving the Wegobi?

I am curious because I saw reviews mentioning dizziness or a sudden feeling of draining away. I want to know if this is different from simply feeling hungry due to reduced food intake, and what it actually felt like for those who have tried it.

I am curious if you felt suddenly dizzy on the day of the injection or the next day, or if it was just lightheadedness when standing up after sitting down. Were there any people who felt weak all day? In particular, I would like to know if these symptoms worsened after increasing the dosage compared to when I first started.

I saw a notice stating that taking Wigobi can lead to dehydration due to nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea, and that low blood pressure or dizziness may occur along with this fluid loss. Since I heard that adverse reactions related to low blood pressure and fainting were reported in actual clinical trials, I am curious to hear about your experiences.
