Should Volneumer verify that the same medical staff performs both the pre-procedure consultation and the actual procedure?

While researching Volneumer, I realized that I should look into not only the equipment and price, but also who actually performs the procedure.

I would like to know if there are cases where the medical staff who consulted me are different from the ones actually performing the procedure, and what the process is for explaining the treatment area and intensity.

For those of you who have chosen a hospital, how did you verify the medical staff's experience with the procedure or the availability of aftercare?
