Should people with small faces also receive the full treatment?

My face isn't on the big side, so...
I'm worried that getting the whole procedure done might actually be excessive.

I'm only concerned about my jawline and the lower part of my cheeks.
I'm wondering if it's possible to proceed by consulting only on the necessary parts even in this case. 🤔

I would also like to know if the treatment area varies depending on face size or skin condition.
