Is it bad for peanut-shaped faces to get Volumizer?

I have a question about Volneumer. I have a peanut-shaped face.

I have a slight sunken cheek. If I get a cheek renewer, that won't get worse, right?

Even so, depending on the angle, there are times when my cheeks look particularly sunken.
I'm wondering if getting Volneumer might make my problem area worse.
