Is Volneumer definitely less painful?

I absolutely hate it when it feels hot or painful while getting dermatological procedures.
Since I am so sensitive to pain... I can't stand it well.
Is it true that it is less painful because it is high frequency rather than ultrasound?
If I receive this consistently, will I gain volume and my skin elasticity improve significantly?

My biggest concern these days is loss of elasticity, so I am very interested in Volneumer.
