Volneumer Lifting, does it really add volume to the face and tighten the lines?

Now that I'm in my late 30s, I feel like my facial elasticity is dropping significantly, so I'm looking into lifting procedures. I was recommended Volneumer because it is minimally painful and provides excellent volume and lifting effects. I'm wondering if it really adds volume like fillers, or if it just improves elasticity. Please also honestly let me know if there are any side effects, such as hollowing out the cheeks.
