Since I work standing for long periods, I didn't realize it before, but these days my legs swell easily, I feel warmth, and there's a pulling pain in my calves. Suspecting varicose veins, I searched and found that the symptoms seem similar, so I think I need to go to the hospital. If left untreated, it could worsen later, making treatment time and medical expenses more burdensome.
While searching, I found some simple prevention methods and I am writing them down together.
Frequently practice tiptoeing intermittently when standing for long periods.
*Engage in light exercises such as walking or swimming
Wearing medical compression stockings or varicose vein stockings
Avoid the habit of crossing your legs
Avoid prolonged exposure to saunas or hot places
Consumption of foods rich in fiber, etc.
I think we should make an effort to develop habits of prevention even in our daily lives~~
