Does the cost for 300 shots of Ulthera include the anesthesia fee?

Lately, every time I look in the mirror, I notice that the elasticity in my jawline and cheeks has decreased, so I am seriously looking into Ultherapy. I am in my mid-30s, and since this is my first time getting the treatment, I have scheduled a consultation for next week.

I am looking up reviews of various hospitals and comparing prices, but some places say that VAT or anesthetic cream costs are separate even if they are cheap, while others say everything is included, so I don't really have a sense of how much the total cost will actually be.

For those of you who have undergone the Ulthera 300-shot treatment, were additional charges such as anesthetic ointment fees or VAT usually included in the quoted price? It would be a great help if you could share how much the final amount you actually paid was!
