If I have a small face, should I pay more attention during the consultation?

I don't have much fat on my face to begin with, so I'm wondering if it would be okay for me to get a facelift.

I like having a slimmer face, but I don't want my cheeks to look sunken or my overall impression to change.

Looking at Ulthera reviews, there are many satisfied people, but I don't think it would be easy to expect the same results on my face.

For those of you with less facial fat, what did you check during the consultation? I would like to thoroughly find out if the procedure is suitable for me first.
