If I have received other lifting treatments, do I need to inform them during my Ultherapy consultation?

If you are looking into Ulthera, I think you should definitely mention it during the consultation if you have previously received other types of lifting procedures.

I would like to know if I only need to tell you the name of the procedure, or if I also need to explain the approximate timeframe or the area treated at the time.

I would also like to know how the consultation is conducted when previous procedure records are not available. For those of you with multiple lifting experiences, what information did you prepare in advance?
