Do I need to disclose detailed information about medications I am currently taking or my history of past procedures before the Ultherapy treatment?

As I looked into Ulthera, I realized that the pre-procedure consultation is just as important as the procedure itself.

I am wondering if past laser or lifting procedures, or medications I am currently taking, can influence the treatment plan.

To what extent did those who actually received consultations verify the past treatment history? I would also like to know if organizing this information in advance would be helpful.
