Is it okay for someone with little facial fat to get Ultherapy?
I don't have much fat on my face to begin with, so I'm wondering if it's okay for me to get Ultherapy.
Lately, my cheeks have been sagging a bit and my jawline has become indistinct, so I am looking into lifting procedures.
However, since Ulthera is a procedure that delivers energy to deep layers, I am worried that my cheeks might sink in even more.
I am especially careful because the area below the cheekbones and the front of the cheeks naturally do not have much volume.
I want to improve sagging but maintain facial volume as much as possible.
I am wondering if it is possible to receive Ulthera focused on sagging areas rather than on the entire face.
I would also like to know if the intensity or treatment area is set differently for those with less facial fat.
I am also curious if those who received Ultherapy while already having little facial fat experienced any changes like cheek hollowing.
I would also like to know if you check skin thickness or fat volume before proceeding with the procedure.
I would appreciate hearing experiences from those with similar face shapes who have received Ultherapy.
