I am planning to get Ultherapy for the first time. How painful is it?

Lately, I've been worried about facial sagging, so I'm looking into Ulthera for the first time.
My jawline has become less defined than before, and I feel like my cheeks have sagged a bit, so I am considering getting a lift.
However, I have seen a lot of comments saying that Ultherapy is quite painful, so it is hard for me to readily make an appointment.
I tend to be sensitive to pain, so I get very nervous about dental treatment.
For those who have received Ulthera, I am curious to know how painful the procedure actually was.
I also want to know if it is just a stinging sensation or if I feel quite strong pain for a moment.
I am also wondering if using anesthetic cream significantly reduces the pain.
I've heard that areas closer to the bone, like the jawline or cheeks, hurt more. Is that actually true?
I am also curious if there was throbbing pain or a lingering sensation of heat even after the procedure was finished.
