I'm planning to get a custom design with 300 shots of Ulthera. Is general anesthesia mandatory? ㅠㅠ

I am looking for a clinic to get 300 shots of Ultherapy to refine my facial contours and prevent cheek hollowing!

My face shape doesn't have a lot of cheek fat overall, but the area under my cheekbones is slightly sunken, so I'm planning to go to a place that is good at custom designs. I've heard that Ultherapy is extremely painful, so I'm really worried about whether I'll be able to endure it with just topical anesthesia.

1. Even if I am sensitive to pain, is it bearable with just topical anesthesia and an injection? Or would general anesthesia be better?

2. I’m curious to hear reviews from those who have experienced whether the lifting effect is noticeable without sunken cheeks even with around 300 shots!
