Did people around you notice first after getting Ultherapy? I'm curious if you actually heard comments like, "What did you do to your face?"

I am asking this question because I am curious about those who have actually received Ulthera. Even if I get the procedure, I am hoping for a natural refinement of my facial contours and improved elasticity, rather than overly noticeable changes.

After receiving Ultherapy, did people you see often, such as family, friends, or colleagues, notice the changes first? I am curious if anyone heard comments like, “Did you lose weight?”, “Your face looks a bit different,” or “What did you do?” without me having to say anything first.

In particular, are there any people who didn't notice a big difference immediately after the procedure, but whose friends and family noticed it first after a month or two? Since official before-and-after cases of Ultherapy show gradual changes between 60 and 180 days, I am curious if people don't notice the changes themselves because they look in the mirror every day, but then realize them through photos or reactions from those around them.
