How long do the effects of Ultherapy usually last? At what intervals did you receive follow-up treatments?

I am looking into getting Ultherapy, and I am asking this question because I am most curious about the duration of the results. Since it is an expensive procedure, I am concerned about how long the effects will last after just one treatment.

For those of you who have actually received Ultherapy, how long did the effects last? I am also curious whether you were satisfied immediately after the procedure, or if you felt your skin elasticity gradually improving over time.

I understand that it is usually done at intervals of about 6 months to a year, but it seems to vary greatly from person to person. I would like to know when you felt the need to get it done again after the first procedure, and whether your satisfaction was as high when you had the follow-up treatment as it was the first time.
