My skin is thin; will getting Ultherapy cause hollowing in my cheeks? I'm really worried about it.

Lately, every time I look in the mirror, I see my facial lines sagging, so I am seriously considering Ulthera.

However, after looking up reviews here and there, I was worried because there were many comments saying that if you have thin skin like me or don't have much cheek fat, you might experience the side effect of sunken cheeks.

Is there anyone here who has similar thin skin or thin cheeks like me and has tried Ultherapy?

I am wondering if it is okay to receive the treatment with the number of shots or intensity adjusted, or if, more importantly, I need to receive it from a highly skilled dermatologist with extensive experience.
