Where was the most painful area during the Ultherapy treatment?

Some places recommend general anesthesia because the pain from Ultherapy is severe, but most say that anesthetic cream alone is sufficient. However, when you had the procedure with anesthetic cream, which area was the most painful? Was the pain severe enough to make you give up on a repeat treatment? I am curious to hear reviews from those who have experienced Ultherapy.
