Would Ulthera be effective for bulldog jowls?

I'm worried about sagging cheeks these days.
I have sagging skin like a bulldog's, and I've also developed a double chin.
I'm trying to decide between Ulthera and Shurink.

I heard that Ulthera is more effective for bulldog cheeks.

Would getting Ulthera be more effective?
