Please cheer me on so I can successfully abstain from alcohol this weekend for this week's success. ^^
I walk 10,000 steps every day and do stair climbing exercises regularly.
I do strength training on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and I go hiking on weekends.
And for breakfast, I replace rice with oatmeal, boiled eggs, and apples.
However, if I drink with colleagues or friends (acquaintances) on Friday night or the weekend, all the effort I put in throughout the week goes to waste...ㅠㅠ
So, I decided to quit drinking, and I made up my mind this Monday to abstain completely from alcohol for at least two weeks until July 2nd.
I have a hiking plan with my close friends this weekend (Saturday and Sunday), and I'm worried that there will be a drinking gathering in the evening.
I am determined never to put alcohol in my mouth... Let's go!!! Let's go!!!
