Are there any additional costs for Shurink besides the procedure fee?

I looked into Shurink and the event price caught my eye.
Now that I'm actually trying to make a reservation, I'm worried if the quoted amount is sufficient.

Are there cases where separate costs for anesthesia or additional care are incurred?
I am wondering if there are cases where the amount initially quoted differs from the actual payment amount.

For those who have received the service, what did you check before booking? What should I ask to avoid being flustered by the cost?
