Is it okay to get a facial massage after getting a Shurink treatment?

I usually tend to use a gua sha or a massager when my face feels stiff.
I'm wondering if I need to take a break from this for a while if I get a procedure.

I feel like I shouldn't rub it hard like usual for no reason.
But I think it would feel stifling to do nothing for days. 😅

For those of you who have received Shurink, how many days did you take care after the procedure?
