Is it okay to go to work right after getting a Shurink treatment?

I'm thinking of getting a Shrink treatment for the first time next week, but I'm worried about my schedule.
I am in a situation where I have to go to work the very next day after the procedure.
Since I work in a job where I constantly deal with people, it would be troublesome if my face swelled up too much or if it was noticeable.
I searched online and it seems there are some people who said they had almost no swelling.
On the other hand, I am worried because there are reviews saying that the face felt numb for several days.
I'm curious if there are actually cases where it gets bruised or turns red.
I am also wondering if I can wash my face and apply makeup as usual on the day of the procedure.
I also want to know how many days I should avoid things like exercise or saunas.
I'm wondering if it would be better to get it on Friday and rest over the weekend.
For those of you who have received Shurink, how were you the day after the procedure?
Please share your experience on whether it was significantly inconvenient to start working immediately.
