Do you avoid areas of the face with little fat when getting a Shurink treatment?

If the Shurink procedure is performed incorrectly on areas with little facial fat, will it cause hollowing in the cheeks?

Should I mention this during the consultation?

Is it possible to perform the procedure excluding only the areas of the face that lack fat?

I am wondering if there are any other things I need to mention when getting the Shurink treatment.
