After getting the Shurink treatment, my face actually seems longer. Is it just me?

I got Shurink treatment to refine my facial contours, but when I looked in the mirror a few days later, I was surprised because, unlike what I expected, my face looked a bit longer.

Before the procedure, I was concerned that my jawline looked a bit saggy, but now my cheeks look slightly sunken, and the lower part of my face feels relatively longer.

I'm not sure if my face has actually gotten longer, or if it just looks that way temporarily as the swelling goes down.

In particular, since I don't naturally have much fat on my face, I'm worried that the volume in my cheeks might have decreased because of the Shurink treatment. I received the treatment expecting a lifting effect, so I didn't want my face to look too thin or long.

For those of you who have received Shurink, has anyone experienced a case where your face shape initially looked awkward or elongated, but became natural over time?

저도 슈링크 받고 나서 한동안 거울을 볼 때마다 얼굴이 평소랑 조금 다르게 보여서 괜히 이것저것 신경 쓰였어요. 특히 리프팅 시술은 바로 결과가 완성되는 게 아니라 초반에는 붓기가 빠지면서 윤곽이 달라 보일 수도 있어서, 며칠 지난 모습만 보고 볼살이 빠졌다고 판단하기는 조금 이른 것 같아요. 실제로 슈링크는 시술 후 시간이 지나면서 탄력 변화가 서서히 나타나는 편이라 2~3주 이후부터 변화를 보고, 몇 달에 걸쳐 효과를 지켜보기도 한다고 하더라고요. 다만 작성자님처럼 원래 얼굴에 살이 많지 않은 편이라면 저라면 조금 더 신중하게 볼 것 같아요. 슈링크는 처진 볼이나 턱선을 정리하는 데 도움이 될 수 있지만, 얼굴살이 적은 경우에는 시술 부위나 강도에 따라서 볼이 더 홀쭉해 보이는 걸 걱정할 수 있다고 해요. 저도 처음 받을 때부터 얼굴이 마른 편이라 너무 강한 리프팅은 피하고 싶었는데, 막상 받고 나서는 ‘얼굴이 확 작아졌다’기보다는 시간이 지나면서 턱선이 조금 정돈되는 쪽으로 느꼈어요. 그래서 지금은 너무 자주 거울 보면서 얼굴 길이를 비교하기보다는 같은 조명과 각도에서 사진을 찍어놓고 2~3주 정도 지나서 비교해보는 걸 추천하고 싶어요. 그래도 시간이 지나면서 볼이 계속 꺼져 보이거나 한쪽만 유독 달라진다면 시술받은 병원에 현재 모습을 보여주고 상담해보는 게 가장 정확할 것 같아요.
