Has anyone experienced the side effect of sunken cheeks from the Shurink procedure?

I heard that the principle behind Shurink is that it focuses ultrasound energy deep into the SMAS (fascia) layer without damaging the skin surface to form thermal coagulation points, thereby contracting sagging tissue and lifting it.

Nevertheless, looking at Shurink reviews, I noticed that some people experienced the side effect of sunken cheeks! Has anyone else experienced sunken cheeks after receiving the Shurink procedure?
