My cheeks look sunken after getting a Shrink treatment. Is this a common occurrence?

It's been a few days since I got the Shurink treatment, and when I look in the mirror, one of my cheeks seems a little sunken compared to before.

I don't have much fat on my face to begin with, so it bothers me even more.

I'm not sure if it looks that way temporarily because it's right after the procedure, or if there is actually hollowing in my cheek.

For those who have had a similar experience, how long did it take to get better?
