Is the difference in effectiveness between Ulthera and Shurink justified by the price difference, and are the before-and-after results certainly noticeable?

I have been regularly receiving cost-effective ultrasound lifting treatments like Shurink Universe or Liftera. However, since the effects seem to last only about 23 months, I am considering switching to the original Ulthera. Given that the price difference is more than 34 times, I am wondering if Ulthera is worth the money in terms of lifting power and the duration of the effects.
