How long is the downtime for Shrink?

I am curious about the severity of bruising, swelling, and heat sensation after the Shurink procedure, and how long they last. Is it possible to resume daily activities immediately the day after the procedure? How long is the downtime? I would also like to know how to speed up the recovery.
