Is the pain during the Shurink procedure usually severe? Would it be okay to just apply anesthetic cream?

I want to try Shurink Lifting, but I am most worried about the pain. Some people around me said it was bearable, while others mentioned it was quite painful near the bone or along the jawline, so I am curious about actual experiences.

It seems that the procedure is often performed with only anesthetic cream applied beforehand, so I would like to know if that alone is sufficient to reduce the pain. I am also curious if there are differences in pain depending on the area of ​​the face; I would like to hear in detail whether the jawline, cheekbones, or double chin area is particularly painful, or if it is just a general stinging sensation accompanied by heat.

I would like to know how long the procedure took and whether I could take a break during the treatment. I would also like to know how long any tingling, swelling, or skin sensitivity lasted after the procedure.
