What is the basis for the price difference in Shrink?

I've been very interested in lifting procedures lately, so I'm considering Shurink as an entry-level option. However, I've noticed a huge price difference between clinics; some charge 300,000 won, while others charge 1,000,000 won. Since they use the same equipment, why is there such a significant price gap? I'm curious to know how much people typically paid for a Shurink treatment.
