Is the Shurink procedure usually very painful? I am hesitating because I am worried about the pain.
I feel like my facial elasticity has decreased, so I want to try the Shurink treatment. However, I am sensitive to pain, so I keep hesitating after seeing reviews saying it is very painful. The results seem good, but I am worried about whether I will be able to finish the treatment if the pain during the procedure is severe.
I understand that hospitals usually apply anesthetic cream before the procedure, but I am wondering if the anesthesia alone is sufficient tolerable. I have heard that the jawline, cheekbones, and cheeks are particularly painful, and I have also seen reviews mentioning a strong tingling sensation near the bone, so I would like to know the actual level of pain.
I am also curious whether the pain worsens as the number of shots increases, and how long the procedure takes. I would like to know if the tingling or throbbing sensation in my face lasts for a long time after the procedure is finished, and how many days the swelling or redness lasts.
Has anyone here had the Shurink procedure? I am curious to know how the pain was on a scale of 1 to 10 and whether it was more bearable than expected. I would like to hear your honest experiences—whether you were worried about the pain but found it okay once you actually received it, or if it was severe enough to make you hesitate for the next treatment.
